What we collect
When you submit the growth audit form we collect your name, company, website, work email, monthly ad spend range, primary goal, stated bottleneck and any optional notes you provide. We also record which page the request came from.
Why we collect it
Solely to review your paid-acquisition setup and reply with a diagnosis. We do not sell, rent or share your details with third parties for marketing.
Where it is stored
Submissions are stored in our managed application database with access restricted to the team. Nobody can read submissions from the public website.
Analytics
The site is built to emit interaction events (page views, CTA clicks, form starts and submissions) to an analytics provider. Where a provider is connected, those events are aggregated and contain no sensitive personal data.
Retention and your rights
You can ask us to delete your submission at any time by emailing hello@viraltex.com. We remove records on request and periodically clear enquiries that did not proceed.
